Who we are looking for

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Production system IT OT Administrator with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have:

Technical (IT) education or equivalent work experience.
Basic or intermediate knowledge of technologies such as Windows, Linux, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL, Microservices, Containers, Cloud, and Webservers.
Proficiency in English for effective communication in both written and spoken forms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within various team structures.
A disciplined and detail-oriented mindset, ready to adopt new technologies and responsibilities.
A valid driving license.

Your future role

Handling incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Conducting detailed failure analyses and liaising with 3rd level support teams.
Performing ITIL v4.0 Problem and Change Management.
Reporting on operational and management levels.
Administering production data and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Creating, evolving, and maintaining documentation.
Participating actively in projects and contributing to their success.
Facilitating knowledge transfer to team members and staying updated with new technologies and practices.
Working according to detailed specifications, procedures, and instructions.

Work Environment:

You will be working in a dynamic and versatile production environment, characterized by:

A hybrid work model that includes both home office and onsite work at client’s plants.
A three-shift working schedule, providing flexibility and ensuring continuous support for production operations.
Additional weekend work based on client requirements or production schedules.
Participation in production start-ups after operational stops or breaks.
On-call duties to address urgent production issues as they arise.
