- Graduate or Master's Degree in Computer or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer science / Information Technology systems/ Computer applications / IT Business Systems;
- Strong knowledge of Solution Manager and Cloud ALM;
- Experience with transport management: Cloud ALM, Charm and Focus Build;
- Working and interacting with Customers;
- Leading technical calls and provide feedback towards the Customer;
- SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM certifications are highly desirable;
- Experience with SAP systems administration, basis knowledge, would be a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Perform the role of a technical consultant on projects;
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge / understanding of a variety of SAP Technologies and applications;
- Take directions from the manager in terms of areas of development and utilization and from Project Managers in work on projects mode;
- Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in keeping with client expectations. Continually report progress as required;
- Ready to travel for assignments within the EMEA region.
