Who we are looking for

🎯 We are expanding our SAP practice in Prague and are looking for motivated SAP Consultants to join our team. Whether you already have experience or are looking to deepen your expertise, this role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects for leading local and international clients.

As an SAP Consultant, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with clients, contribute to solution design and implementation, and help deliver high-quality SAP outcomes that create measurable business value.

💼 What you bring:

3+ years of experience in SAP (implementation, support, and/or configuration) in at least one SAP module or solution, e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, BW, BTP or other.
Solid understanding of business processes in at least one functional area and the ability to translate requirements into system solutions
Experience with workshops, fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Fluency in English and native Czech
Holds an EU Residency

Your future role

Partner with clients to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices
Support testing and deployment activities (test preparation, defect triage, cutover support)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, project managers) to deliver project outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within SAP projects (templates, accelerators, reusable assets)
Stay current with SAP technologies and actively develop your consulting skillset
