Who we are looking for
🎯Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital manufacturing?

As a SAP DM Solution Consultant, you’ll play a central role in deploying SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM – MES) solutions for global manufacturing environments. You’ll bridge the gap between technology and operations—translating client needs into powerful solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and driving projects from planning through go-live.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and make a direct impact on how manufacturers run their operations.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years in MES implementation or support.
  • At least 2 years of SAP DM hands-on experience.
  • Proven background integrating manufacturing systems and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of Production, Inventory, Quality, and Maintenance operations.
  • Solid understanding of Batch, Continuous, and Discrete manufacturing processes
  • Expertise in configuring and deploying MES platforms.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (OPC UA, REST APIs, SQL, MQTT).
  • Experience with ERP (SAP), industrial IoT devices, and shop floor equipment integration.
Your future role
What you will do
  • Partner with Solution Architects to design detailed project roadmaps and implementation strategies
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and at the highest standard
  • Prepare technical documentation, from scope and design specs to system configurations
  • Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of SAP DM
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP, APS, SCADA, and shop floor equipment (gauges, lab devices, 3rd-party systems)
  • Customize workflows, data models, and dashboards tailored to client operations
  • Oversee system testing—functional, integration, and UAT
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across all phases of deployment
  • Fine-tune performance to ensure a reliable and efficient solution post-go-live
  • Deliver engaging training to end-users and support teams
  • Be the trusted technical advisor for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
  • Drive user adoption by supporting change management initiatives
  • Identify and recommend MES-driven improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency
  • Create documentation, troubleshooting guides, and “lessons learned” resources for continuous improvement
What we offer
  • Impact: Play a key role in transforming how manufacturers digitize their operations.
  • Growth: Gain exposure to cutting-edge SAP DM technologies and work alongside top industry experts.
  • Collaboration: Be part of an innovative, international team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Challenge: Tackle complex, real-world problems in high-impact projects across diverse industries.
Other benefits:
  • Competitive financial package + annual bonus based on performance
  • Access to a cafeteria portal with flexible benefits
  • Type of work: Hybrid or Remote
  • Mobile phone for private use (Apple or Android, your choice) and a notebook
  • Private medical care with InterPolska
  • Contribution to a Multisport card, partially payable with cafeteria points
  • Additional support during illness under the employment contract
  • Travel insurance covering both work and private trips
  • Opportunities for external and internal training
  • Participation in sports and cultural events
