Join our SAP Internship Program to form our future team of SAP experts

This internship focuses on SAP Supply Chain Management and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. 

Start date: July 2025, 4-month internship 
Schedule: Full-time
Note: This is a 4-month full-time paid internship. At the end, the successful internship participants will have the possibility to become full-time employees.

Requirements:
  • Education: Completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Business, IT, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus)
  • People that are interested in becoming SAP Consultants.
  • Technical Skills: We would love to hear if you know what SAP is used for, but it is enough if you have ever played with any technology or tool, you know how it works, and you know what value that technology brings to a manufacturing business.
To give example of what kind of know-how we are looking for:
    • You are aware what a quotation, purchase requisition, purchase order is;
    • You understand that the goods which arrive at a factory trough a purchasing process will be stored in the warehouse under certain constraints;
    • You know that goods which travel between many countries will need customs clearance;
    • You can imagine that when you buy a product, and it has a warranty and you want to service that product based on its warranty, the information needs to be previously set-up in a system (in our case, SAP);
    • Bonus: You are curious to learn how subscription companies use SAP to charge you on a recurring basis. 
  • Communication: Good grasp of the English language is a minimum requirement; other languages are a bonus;
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns;
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to learning and troubleshooting;
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Your future role
You will: 
  • Gain knowledge in order to become an Expert;
  • Analyze business requirements and business processes;
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and documentation using SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Conduct testing, prepare reports, and help resolve system issues;
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
  • Work with stakeholders to document and improve procurement and supply chain processes;
  • Assist in SAP configuration and support activities.
