Who we are looking for

We’re looking for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing, with a unique opportunity to specialize in the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll gain hands-on experience in testing enterprise applications and become part of IT project teams in a consulting environment.

You’ll join the Salesforce Lab – a 2-week rich training program organized by Deloitte BDS – where we’ve created a dedicated QA track to give aspiring testers the chance to build both general QA foundations and Salesforce-specific skills.

🚀 Lab details:

• Duration: 10 working days (40 hours/week)

• Dates: 01/09 – 12/09/2025

• Location: Tirana (hybrid format – onsite & online)

By the end of the Lab, you’ll gain the practical skills needed to start your journey in QA and Salesforce consulting – with the best participants offered a full-time position at BDS.

👥 Who we are looking for:

• Professionals with at least 1 year of work experience (IT experience not required) or IT students.

• Talented individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher,

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with active communication skills,

• Availability for full-time employment after the Lab,

• Fast learners, curious about IT and consulting, open to a career change,

• Candidates with a keen eye for detail, quality-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills,

• Those excited by the idea of working in QA and interested in a long-term career with Deloitte BDS.

Experience in testing or IT systems is a plus but not required – we’ll teach you the rest!

• Join projects as a QA tester, focusing on verifying the quality of applications built on the Salesforce platform,

• Learn to understand project requirements and how to validate them effectively,

• Get to know test planning, test case design, execution and reporting techniques,

• Explore how business analysts and testers collaborate to ensure top-quality IT solutions,

• Discover tools and techniques used in real-world testing, including manual and automated testing approaches.

Following the submission of your application, you will be invited to complete an assessment.

Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will be contacted for a brief call with our HR team.
