Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience of professional experience in finance and accounting, finance process transformation, finance centralization or a related field.
  • Mandatory specialization in Complex Accounting:
    Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting based on Polish and international IFRS regulations.
  • Strongly preferred specialization in Finance Process Transformation:
    o   Strong knowledge of at least one end-to-end finance processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
    o   Proven experience in process assessment, design, and transformation.
    o   Ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into process solutions.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn new topics quickly and work across a variety of projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Mobility in Poland. Some international travel might be required.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a part of multiskilled team and support managers and team members across several advisory domains, including Finance Centralization Advisory, Business Finance & Technology, and Complex Accounting. You will:

  • Prepare high-quality deliverables such as accounting memos, technical position papers, and process documentation.
  • Assist clients in applying Polish and international IFRS regulations to complex accounting issues.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions, processes, and transformations.
  • Support the design and implementation of new operating models, process improvements, and technology-enabled change.
  • Take ownership of selected project deliverables.
  • Contribute to engagements in areas such as Centralization Advisory, Business and Process Transformation, IT Finance and Analytics, and Post-Merger Integration.
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, topics, and methodologies, building a broad skillset for future career growth.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.
