Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have: 
  • Degree in Economics/Business
  • 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting or corporate/commercial/digital strategy role preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, skilled at translating complex analysis into a structured and clear presentation
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong drive, focus on continuous personal development and always looking for opportunities to make maximum impact
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Proficiency in German
  • International work experience
  • Project management certifications
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, payments)


Your future role
What you can expect in this position:
  • Taking responsibility for project work streams and independently managing them
  • Working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with others to find cause of complex problems and working towards solutions
  • Contributing to the preparation of high-quality deliverables to clients
  • Developing client relationships through interactions with client personnel
  • Contributing to building our business and team by providing support during business development initiatives, sales processes and knowledge sharing initiatives
