Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have 4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management and a strong background in ITAM governance, vendor management, and contract management?
✔ Are you confident with SAM tools and passionate about helping organizations manage their software assets effectively?
✔ Do you excel at stakeholder management, project delivery, and translating complex licensing requirements into practical solutions?

🎯 What we expect from you:

4+ years of experience in IT Asset Management with expertise in ITAM Governance, Vendor Management, and IT Contract Management.
Proficient knowledge (implementation and/or operation) of SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Snow License Manager, and/or Flexera FNMS.
Solid knowledge of software licensing (on-premises and cloud) for major publishers (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, VMware, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong understanding of IT — including IT infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, virtualization, or network architecture.
Effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
Project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to deliver results on time.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent command of Polish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

SAM tool certifications (e.g. ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS, Snow Software / Flexera certification).
Experience in software contract negotiation and renewal.
Awareness of industry trends and evolving licensing models.
Experience with Hardware Asset Management processes and governance.
IT standards knowledge (ITIL, Agile, etc.), preferably supported by certification.
Skills in proposal writing, report writing, and delivering presentations.
Ability to translate technical information for different audiences.
German language skills (significant advantage).

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients during the management of their IT ecosystems improving their efficiency and maximizing their investments. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

Working on IT Asset Management projects throughout Europe
Working together with a team of Software licensing specialists to cover all vendor related licensing matters and project managed SAM engagements to completion:
Working with various Software Asset Management Tools like FlexeraOne, Snow License Manager or ServiceNow SAM Pro as implementer and/or operator.
Performing risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
Extracting data and performing data analytics to quantify the financial and operational compliance with the contract
Preparing all client deliverables such as calculations and reports
Supporting customers through discussions and negotiations with software vendors
Interacting with cross functional teams at clients and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously
Identifying opportunities for new methodologies or work processes
Helping train and coach more junior team members.
