Who we are looking for


Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in IT consulting and advisory? We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to drive growth and support project delivery for our expanding client base. If you excel in sales, business development, and project management, we would love to hear from you!


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management within IT consulting or services,
  • Have a network in Bulgaria, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive growth and new business opportunities,
  • Proven history of driving revenue growth,
  • Familiarity with project delivery processes in consulting environment, experience in supporting project delivery teams,
  • Understanding of IT consulting, digital transformation, and advisory services,
  • Ability to lead and influence teams, fostering a collaborative and client-centered culture,
  • Excellent command of English language, proficiency in German is advantageous,
  • Advanced presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Your future role


As a Senior Technology Advisory Market Leader, you will drive client acquisition and revenue growth across IT consulting and advisory services. You will build and maintain client relationships, aligning our solutions to meet strategic goals. Focused on the Bulgarian market, you will develop and execute sales strategies.


  • Lead sales efforts, driving client acquisition and revenue growth across IT consulting and advisory services,
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our solutions to meet their needs,
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new and expand existing accounts and achieve company growth objectives,
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from sales to delivery,
  • Collaborate with the project delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and alignment with client expectations, overseeing project milestones and deliverables,
  • Support the recruitment process to align with market needs and client demands,
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in the IT world.
