Who we are looking for
📍Location: Prague (Hybrid model – with flexibility to work remotely part of the week)
🌐Language requirement: Advanced Czech and English is essential.

As a Junior/Mid-level Consultant in Digital Transformation you’ll work as part of a team to help organizations adopt innovative solutions, optimize processes, and embrace the opportunities of the digital age.

💼What you will bring:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in one or more of following
    • Process optimization
    • General consulting or project support roles
    • Change management or organizational transformation
    • Digital transformation initiatives
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and independent critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable working within a team and engaging with clients if needed.
  • Advanced Czech and English language (B2+ level or higher).

⭐What would be an advantage (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CRM/ERP systems, automation, and AI technologies
  • Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prosci or other digital transformation frameworks
  • Experience with project coordination, budgeting, or risk management.

Your future role
As a Junior/Mid Consultant, you’ll support digital transformation initiatives across industries like finance, healthcare, telco and retail. You'll gain hands-on experience in projects such as mapping and improving user journeys, implementing digital tools, and automating workflows to help clients save time and reduce manual work.

    • Project Support & Delivery: Execute assigned tasks, business analysis, and assist in delivering high-quality proposals, budgets, and reports that meet client expectations and company standards.
    • Planning & Coordination: Track project progress, optimize workflows, and manage documentation to ensure smooth execution and alignment with timelines.
    • Governance & Risk Management: Support governance frameworks, ensure compliance with regulations, and help identify and mitigate project risks.
    • Technology Implementation: Assist clients in adopting tools like AI, automation, cloud platforms, and CRM/ERP systems to enhance operations and streamline processes.
    • Client Collaboration: Participate in workshops, engage in discussions with clients, and provide actionable insights informed by research and analysis.
    • Learning & Growth: Work closely with experienced consultants to develop expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, and project delivery, building the foundation for a successful consulting career.
