We are looking for a dedicated CRM Business Analyst/Functional Consultant with experience in CRM systems and passion for innovation.
At Deloitte Digital, you'll play a key role in client engagements and system implementations. You'll gather business requirements, create essential documentation, and configure systems like Salesforce and Creatio to meet clients' needs. Plus, you'll closely collaborate with clients, help prepare training materials for end users, and ensure everything integrates smoothly with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with a focus on CRM systems.
- CRM Knowledge: Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Creatio, HubSpot) and their functionalities. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Documentation Proficiency: Proven expertise in creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and a proactive approach to meeting those needs.
- Communication: Superior communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 proficiency).
- Project Methodology: Experience with project implementation methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Learning Orientation: Eagerness to continually learn and grow within the role and the broader industry.
Your future role
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with Team Members: Engage with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CRM systems.
- Analyze Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
2. Solution Design and Documentation:
- Participate in Solution Design: Contribute to the design of CRM solutions that align with business goals, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Create Documentation: Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, test scripts and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of CRM solutions based on documented requirements.
3. System Configuration and Testing:
- Configure CRM Systems: Customize CRM platforms to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with QA Teams: Plan and execute testing scenarios, resolving any issues. Test CRM configurations to ensure functionality and quality.
4. User Training and Support:
- Develop Training Materials: Create training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support user adoption.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with CRM industry trends and best practices.
- Pursue Certifications: Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
6. Support Business Development:
- Talent Group Strategy: Assist in realizing your talent group strategy.
- Sales Support: Aid in the sales process by preparing demos and offers, supporting solution proposals, and participating in client pitches.

CRM Team comprised 200 individuals from 8 countries in CE with a broad range of specializations, including various technology stacks. Among these team members, 50 have accumulated over 5 years of experience working with different CRM platforms. There is always someone available to address your inquiries because this is how we mutually enhance our learning. You can walk around the floor, meet people from different teams and guilds – you can also meet someone who has the barista experience.
