Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience as administrative assistant, office coordinator or executive assistant position, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Good computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT).
  • Great communicational skills, attention to details, sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Your future role

  • Managing incoming invoices and procurement, ensuring compliance and great cooperation with our vendors.
  • Office Management, including ongoing office refurbishment project and overall making office a nice place to stay.
  • Overseeing the work of office coordinator / reception and covering this position during vacations and / or sick leaves.
  • Ensuring Health & safety compliance.
  • Helping to organize management meetings and prepare for them.
  • Helping with invoicing.
  • Paying particular attention to client care and ensure that all visitors receive the highest quality of service and attention.
  • Ensuring full ownership of the reception and all associated areas, making sure that they are kept in the best possible order at all times.
  • Assisting in conference room scheduling as needed, helping with meeting setup.
  • Providing all administrative support duties and help with the arrangement of personal requests.
  • Assisting with event planning and other miscellaneous projects as they come up.
  • Maintaining office facilities.
