Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Passion for people, technology, and organizational transformation;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving;
- Proficiency in English. German and Dutch are a plus.
Your future role
- Contribute to impactful change management initiatives for international clients;
- Learn from experienced professionals in HR transformation and organizational design;
- Collaborate with clients from various industries and business functions;
- Support the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Apply your analytical and communication skills to help drive user adoption and stakeholder alignment.
