In a dynamic, collaborative, client-facing environment, you’ll support change initiatives and help implement leading HR technologies like SAP SuccessFactors.

Start date: July 2025, 4-month internship

Schedule: Full-time

Note: This is a 4-month full-time paid internship. At the end, the successful internship participants will have the possibility to become full-time employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Passion for people, technology, and organizational transformation;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving;
Proficiency in English. German and Dutch are a plus.

Your future role

You will:

Contribute to impactful change management initiatives for international clients;
Learn from experienced professionals in HR transformation and organizational design;
Collaborate with clients from various industries and business functions;
Support the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules;
Apply your analytical and communication skills to help drive user adoption and stakeholder alignment.
