Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our new strategic project at Deloitte — the development of a multifunctional platform that supports Deloitte consultants across multiple service lines. The platform will provide access to methodologies, tools, reference materials, and other critical resources.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or DevOps roles
Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker in cloud or hybrid environments
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure: Azure DNS, VMs, Azure Blob Storage, VM Scale Sets, Azure Databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL), Azure Load Balancer
Experience with Azure DevBox setup and support
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools: Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Git
Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools: ELK, Grafana
Proven record of successful infrastructure/DevOps project delivery
Solid understanding of software development and CI/CD principles
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

Nice to have:
- Azure certifications
- Familiarity with Concourse CI, Jenkins, or GitLab pipelines
- Experience with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, nginx
- Exposure to Amazon AWS
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data

Your future role

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will:

Configure and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and services
Set up, manage, and support Azure DevBox environments for development teams
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Monitor systems and applications, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis
Manage user access and permissions
Document infrastructure and architecture decisions
Support the implementation of security best practices and compliance controls
Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to overall DevOps maturity
