Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a recruitment agency, specializing in the financial and professional services sectors. You should have a strong understanding of the candidate market and be proficient in direct sourcing to attract top talent. The role requires problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
  • Strong direct sourcing and market knowledge in the financial and professional services sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and achieving recruitment goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.





Your future role
  • Direct Sourcing & Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your market knowledge to identify and engage top talent.
  • Screening & Interviews: Assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for roles.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage recruitment from initial contact to offer negotiation and hiring.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers in Poland to align recruitment efforts.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and develop effective solutions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, diversity) and report progress.

Selection process
Recruitment Journey:

  • Stage 1 – Send your CV in word or pdf fomat in English/Polish.
  • Stage 2 - Complete an analytical and English online test. (1 hour)
  • Stage 3 - Join an HR interview (online, 25 minutes)
  • Stage 4 - Attend a Hiring Manager interview (online, 45 minutes)
  • Stage 5 - Welcome on board!
