Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front-end Engineering Manager who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.

At least 7 years of Web programming experience,
At least 1 year of experience in technical leadership role
In depth experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Deep understanding of Single Page Applications concept (React/Angular preferred)
Overall comprehension of web and browser concepts
Great written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Experience with Node.js is a plus
Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms is a plus

Your future role

Manage team of Frontend/Fullstack Engineer
Hold regular 1:1's with all members of your team and drive their development
Conduct technical code reviews, and make contributions to technical frontend architectures
Be involved in solving bugs and delivering small features and PoC’s
Cooperate with Business and Sales practitioners
Act as a technical leader for Frontend project streams
