Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front-end Engineering Manager who is ready to join an international team. This person will accompany global clients in their digital transformation.

  • At least 7 years of Web programming experience,
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical leadership role
  • In depth experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Deep understanding of Single Page Applications concept (React/Angular preferred)
  • Overall comprehension of web and browser concepts
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Node.js is a plus
  • Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms is a plus

Your future role

  • Manage team of Frontend/Fullstack Engineer
  • Hold regular 1:1's with all members of your team and drive their development
  • Conduct technical code reviews, and make contributions to technical frontend architectures
  • Be involved in solving bugs and delivering small features and PoC’s
  • Cooperate with Business and Sales practitioners
  • Act as a technical leader for Frontend project streams
