We're strategic advisors to our clients, guiding them from concept to optimization. Whether it's helping them determine the ideal SSC model, designing and launching new centers, or optimizing and automating existing processes, we've got it covered from A to Z. Our work involves diverse systems, platforms, and tools, so a knack for technology is definitely a plus! Building and fine-tuning these centers can be a significant undertaking, often requiring collaboration with colleagues from other teams, both locally and internationally. 🌍

We are looking for a motivated professional with a solid foundation and a passion for working in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

🔍 The role may be a great fit for those who have:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, SSC/GBS, or transformation projects
  • Interest in finance, business, and technology
  • Good understanding of finance processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R)
  • A strong interest in AI and digital innovation, with the ability to apply it in a business or process context
  • Experience working on projects, ideally with some ownership of deliverables or workstreams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English

What would make you stand out
  • Experience in consulting or SSC/GBS environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Exposure to process improvement or automation
  • Experience working in international teams or projects

  • You'll play a key role in exciting projects for both Czech and international clients.
  • You'll transform client data into impactful business analyses, designing and implementing solutions that bring real value.
