We're strategic advisors to our clients, guiding them from concept to optimization. Whether it's helping them determine the ideal SSC model, designing and launching new centers, or optimizing and automating existing processes, we've got it covered from A to Z. Our work involves diverse systems, platforms, and tools, so a knack for technology is definitely a plus! Building and fine-tuning these centers can be a significant undertaking, which often means collaborating with colleagues from other teams, both locally and internationally.

Your future role

You'll play a key role in exciting projects for both Czech and international clients.
You'll transform client data into impactful business analyses, designing and implementing solutions that bring real value.
If you're up for the challenge, you can take ownership of project components and manage client communications directly.
You'll support our business development efforts, crafting compelling proposals and nurturing client relationships.
