Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • A university degree
  • Excellent Slovak and business English, as our clients are also based outside Slovakia
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR. If you have been involved in transformation projects
  • HR or Compensation & Benefits we want to hear from you
  • Excellent analytical skills, ie ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to lead a project team
  • Project management skills and experience from larger projects
  • Analytical skills: Excel and PowerPoint skills in excellent level are a must
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level
  • Business acumen and business development skills
  • Familiarity with acronyms such as HRIS, C&B, TR, SSC, RACI and understanding that these are not chemical compounds; and willingness to learn new things and initiative

Your future role
  • Working independently on interesting HR and strategy projects with focus on Compensation & Benefits and projects related to design of reward systems for clients or other projects, eg digital transformation
  • HR transformation, talent management, change management, process optimisation
  • Advising clients on various aspects of human capital
  • Meeting clients of all sizes, from key market players to family businesses
  • Preparing analyses and documents using data obtained from clients, surveys or internal statistics
  • Preparing presentations with a focus on both content and form; we have plenty of PowerPoint templates
  • Work in a team - supporting junior colleagues and cooperating with project manager
