🟢 Your Profile

5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Understanding and in-depth knowledge of the industry is required
Experience in Comp & Ben, HRIS
Communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, design and pitch a solution to the management
Proactive approach, analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking
Team leadership – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team
English at an excellent level
EU passport - possibility of business trips

Your future role

You’ll take the lead on high-impact projects across various HR domains, including:

Lead strategic HR projects focused on Compensation & Benefits and reward systems aligned with business goals of the client.
Drive impactful change in areas like HR digitalization and organizational transformation
Advise senior leaders on complex human capital challenges
Work with a diverse client base — from market leaders to family-owned businesses
Represent the Deloitte brand with professionalism and integrity, while coaching junior colleagues and supporting team growth
