Who we are looking for

A university degree
Excellent Slovak and business English, as our clients are also based outside Slovakia
At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR. If you have been involved in transformation projects
HR or Compensation & Benefits we want to hear from you
Excellent analytical skills, ie ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently
Ability to work in a team
Ability to lead a project team
Project management skills and experience from larger projects
Analytical skills: Excel and PowerPoint skills in excellent level are a must
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level
Business acumen and business development skills
Familiarity with acronyms such as HRIS, C&B, TR, SSC, RACI and understanding that these are not chemical compounds; and willingness to learn new things and initiative

Your future role

Working independently on interesting HR and strategy projects with focus on Compensation & Benefits and projects related to design of reward systems for clients or other projects, eg digital transformation
HR transformation, talent management, change management, process optimisation
Advising clients on various aspects of human capital
Meeting clients of all sizes, from key market players to family businesses
Preparing analyses and documents using data obtained from clients, surveys or internal statistics
Preparing presentations with a focus on both content and form; we have plenty of PowerPoint templates
Work in a team - supporting junior colleagues and cooperating with project manager
