Who we are looking for

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and managing training programs and providing administrative and logistical support to our L&D department, ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, professional development programs, and educational courses across the organization.

Join us if you have:

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in a L&D/ training facilitator role;
  • Advanced English language skills (minimum B2 level) with the ability to deliver training sessions in English;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt training style to different audiences;
  • Experience with training administration and coordinating events or programs;
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary training methodologies;
  • Certification in training or learning and development would be an advantage.

Your future role
  • Deliver high-impact training sessions in areas including soft skills, leadership development, and work management;
  • Conduct onboarding training programs for new employees joining our shared services center;
  • Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for various departments and levels, across CE;
  • Administer training activities through the company's internal learning management system;
  • Organizing the learning events, responsible for the logistics;
  • Track, manage, and report on training costs, including language certification and professional qualifications expenses;
  • Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure knowledge retention and compliance.
