Who we are looking for

🎯We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our tech teams across the Central Europe region. This is an entry‑level role designed for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who wants to learn how professional hiring works in a multinational environment.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activities and gradually building your skills in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination.


🔍 What we are looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, administration, or a related field (graduates and career starters are welcome)
  • Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and working with people
  • Good communication skills and a professional, service‑oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn and work under guidance from senior recruiters
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and follow processes
  • Comfort working with systems and basic digital tools (ATS experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Your future role
  • Responsible for sourcing activities by searching for candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Review CVs and help pre‑screen candidates based on defined criteria
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
  • Assist senior recruiters with recruitment projects across different countries
