What we expect from you:
Experience:
🏆 3+ years of experience in loyalty program management, consulting, or a related field.
📈 Proven track record of implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management or similar loyalty platforms.
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, including technical implementation, strategy, and business alignment.
🚗 Experience working with loyalty programs for automotive clients or other complex industries.
Technical skills:
🔧 Strong understanding of loyalty program design, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven personalization strategies.
🔄 Proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in product ownership and backlog management.
💻 Deep expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management, including technical architecture, configuration, and customization is a plus.

Your future role
🎯 Product Ownership:
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and a clear roadmap for Salesforce Loyalty Management projects, prioritizing features based on client objectives, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Bridge the client's business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.
🔧 Technical Leadership:
- Lead & Guide: Lead the Salesforce Loyalty Management implementation team, providing end-to-end technical guidance on loyalty architecture, including integrations with CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate & Troubleshoot: Work with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of loyalty program solutions, while identifying and resolving technical challenges promptly.
💡 Strategic Consulting:
- Collaborate with clients to define their loyalty program vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and market needs, while providing insights into industry best practices and emerging trends, such as gamification and personalization, and tailoring frameworks to specific industries, notably the automotive sector.
🎓 Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on loyalty program design and technical architecture, offering expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management and program optimization.
- Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
? Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, provide expert guidance and ongoing support for program success, and identify opportunities for additional engagements and business growth.
