Who we are looking for
📍Location: Prague (Hybrid model – with flexibility to work remotely part of the week)
🌐Language requirement: Native Czech language fluency is essential.

🚀Do you want to be at the forefront of shaping how leading organizations transform their business for the digital age? As a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation, you’ll work side-by-side with senior executives, designing bold strategies and turning them into measurable results.

💼What you will bring:
  • Experience: 4-6 years in consulting or senior digital transformation roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven record of delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CRM/ERP, automation, AI, and data-driven technologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prosci) are a plus.
  • English language skills B2-C1 level is a must
Your future role
  • Assess clients’ digital maturity and identify opportunities for game-changing transformation.
  • Create visionary roadmaps that align with business strategy and deliver tangible results.
  • Guide clients on adopting emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, cloud, and CRM/ERP platforms
  • Drive complex initiatives from concept to completion whether it’s a cloud migration, ERP rollout, or customer experience redesign.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
  • Partner directly with C-suite leaders to keep all stakeholders aligned and engaged.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring that new solutions are embraced and adopted.
  • Mentor teams on transformation best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Build frameworks to track ROI, adoption, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and optimize for even greater results.
