Who we are looking for

📍Location: Prague (Hybrid model – with flexibility to work remotely part of the week)

🌐Language requirement: Native Czech and advanced English and language fluency are essential.

🚀Do you want to help leading organizations transform for the digital age? As a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation, you’ll work with senior executives to design strategies and deliver impactful change across technology, operations, and customer experience.

💼What you will bring:

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in consulting or corporate digital transformation roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
English language skills B2-C1 level is a must with Czech language as a strong advantage.

What would be an advantage

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, CRM/ERP systems, automation, and AI technologies
Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prosci or other digital transformation frameworks
Experience with project governance, budgeting, and risk management

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant, you will combine strategic advisory work with hands-on coordination and process excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Delivery: Execute assigned tasks and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and Deloitte standards
Planning & Budgeting: Assist in preparing proposals, structuring budgets, and optimizing resources
Governance & Compliance: Support governance frameworks and ensure regulatory alignment
Risk Management: Help identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Team Coordination: Guide small teams and foster collaboration
Process & Administration: A significant part of your role will involve project tracking, preparing commercial offers, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative processes
Client Advisory: Support clients in adopting technologies like AI, automation, cloud, and CRM/ERP systems
