Who we are looking for

Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment,
  • Knowledge of the local Romanian market, including trends and country-specific best recruitment practices,
  • Experience operating on a country level, with responsibility for designing and executing hiring strategies and campaigns,
  • Experience leading change initiatives, transformation projects, or process improvements,
  • Strong track record of managing complex stakeholder environments,
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team, fostering collaboration, and delivering results.

Your future role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and delivery in Romania. This is a high-impact role combining business partnering, operational leadership, and change management.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also playing a key role in driving Talent Acquisition transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Central Europe.

What you will do:

Lead talent acquisition strategy & delivery
  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across Romania
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to shape hiring demand plan, strategies and priorities
  • Ensure strong pipeline management and high-quality hiring outcomes

Act as a strategic partner to the business
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Partners and hiring managers
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
  • Support decision-making through data and hiring analytics

Drive change and lead transformation initiatives
  • Lead and support Talent Acquisition improvement projects at country and Central Europe level
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models
  • Act as a change leader, ensuring alignment and engagement across stakeholders
  • Contribute to shaping the future TA function, including standardization and scalability

Ensure excellence in processes and compliance
  • Oversee hiring processes in line with internal policies and standards
  • Ensure robust execution of background screening and independence checks
  • Manage risk and compliance aspects throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Drive process improvement and innovation
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability

Deliver data-driven insights and reporting
  • Monitor recruitment performance (e.g., time to hire, pipeline conversion)
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and risks
  • Use data to drive improvements and decision-making
