The Greenhouse & BC Coordinator plays a pivotal and multifaceted role in supporting our client engagement and internal team success in Switzerland. This role encompasses planning and coordinating client-facing workshops while also providing essential project, administrative, and operational support to the Greenhouse/Transition Labs team. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy in all interactions.
This role requires a proactive self-starter, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and flexibly, anticipating challenges, and delivering results that contribute to both client satisfaction and internal team effectiveness.
To be considered for this role, a candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus;
- 2-3 years’ administrative/project coordination or executive assistant experience, preferably in professional services;
- Previous Deloitte experience is a plus;
- Strong business acumen, organisational skills, and team collaboration experience;
- Excellent communication skills with a service- and quality-oriented approach;
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and virtual event platforms;
- Problem-solving and project management skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage BC and lab inquiries/requests (inbox, calendar management, scheduling)
- Oversee BC and TL pipeline data and maintain system accuracy across relevant platforms
- Coordinate and maintain BC and TL templates, documentation standards, content management and archives
- Support Lab Delivery team (scheduling, logistics, operational coordination)
- Manage BC accounting, invoices, and client proposal preparation
- Collect and manage client and internal feedback for continuous improvement
- Prepare firm-wide communications
- Support with lab-specific technology (collaboration tools)
- Manage supplies and materials for BC and lab initiatives
- Stable job in a multinational company based on an employment contract;
