Who we are looking for
Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition operations professional who supports the TA team in Central Europe to coordinate interviews across busy calendars for the stakeholders, manage online assessments end‑to‑end, and sourcing activities.
The Team Coordinator acts as both an operational expert and people leader—driving performance, optimizing processes, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring that candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners experience smooth, professional, and consistent recruitment operations.
Who we are looking for:
  • 4–5 years experience as service provider in Customer Service, TA/Recruitment Operations/HR Coordination;
  • Prior team‑lead or mentoring experience required
  • Exposure to KPI tracking and SLA-based environments
  • Outstanding planning, prioritization, follow‑through and problem-solving; high attention to detail, data security and confidentiality.
  • Excellent English (written & verbal), with strong stakeholder communication and service mindset. Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS (e.g., Workday, Avature, Taleo, Success Factors) and confident MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Your future role
You will lead a regional Candidate Experience team that provides day‑to‑day operational excellence for Talent Acquisition across 16 countries in the Central Europe region:

Scheduling & Interview Coordination
  • Drive end‑to‑end interview logistics: multi‑interviewer coordination, hiring‑manager calendar alignment, candidate confirmations, and changes.
  • Ensure on‑time, accurate completion of related records in the ATS.
Online Test Management
  • Oversee Test platform and coordinate invites, track completion, and ensure prompt upload/recording of results.
  • Sourcing Support
  • Guide analysts on targeted searches, market mapping, shortlisting, and first‑touch outreach when needed.
People Leadership & Quality
  • Coordinate and support an operational team: allocate workload, follow-up on tasks, track SLAs/KPIs, coach team members, and run regular 1:1s.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies and raise the bar on data quality, compliance, andstakeholder communications (candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers).
  • Identify and escalate risks or operational bottlenecks: troubleshooting, problem-solving support
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across scheduling, testing, and sourcing workflows.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as point of contact between the Delivery Center team and various HR stakeholders
  • Prepare regular operational and HR metrics reports
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with business expectations
  • Support reporting activities and audits (as requested)
