Who we are looking for

Join our Talent team and make an impact that matters. 

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to provide day-to-day support to our people and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will be part of our Central Europe (CE) Talent team, helping ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive employee experience.

What we expect from you:🎯
  • HR background: 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support, with a good understanding of core HR processes.
  • Proactive mindset: Ability to take initiative, suggest improvements, and find solutions independently.
  • Knowledge of Czech labor law: Working knowledge of Czech labor law and employment regulations.
  • Confident communication skillsFluency in Czech and English, with the ability to explain processes clearly and collaborate across teams and countries.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep track of multiple activities at once.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, user knowledge of Power Point and Word is welcome. 

Your future role
✔ Support for HR Business Partners (Consulting):
  • Provide administrative support to HRBPs across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, the Mobility Team, and other functions to ensure seamless processes.
  • Cooperate within regional structure with HRBPs, HR Controllers, Business Leders.
  • Liaise with internal support teams (IT Desk, Travel Desk, Office Desk, Admin Team) to resolve requests efficiently.
  • Manage queries related to onboarding, employment status, benefits, parental leaves, long-term absences, and returns to work.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes, including communication with Payroll, IT, HR Operations, and other stakeholders.

✔ Support for employees:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
  • Coordinate employment changes (e.g., change of working hours, team transfers, contract amendments linked to Talent & Salary reviews).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage and respond to employee inquiries submitted through our ticketing system (PeoplePort).


✔ Labor law & compliance:

  • Provide first-level support to employees and HRBPs on matters related to Czech labor law, employment contracts, benefits, and local HR policies.

Selection process
1. Initial prescreen call with our recruiter Juli.
2. On-site interview with the HR Business Partner for the Consulting team, together with the recruiter.
3. Final round, which includes an in‑person meeting with the HR Director for the Czech Republic and a short online call with regional colleagues.
