Who we are looking for
The Team Coordinator leads a delivery center team to ensure efficient operational and logistical support for training programs. 🎯 This role handles planning, coordination, administration, and logistics, acting as the main link between L&D Center of Expertise and participants. 🔗

The role is strictly operational with no content design or facilitation responsibilities.

  • Experience in a team leadership or coordination role within a delivery center, shared services, or operations environment.
  • Proven experience in operational coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (LMS experience is a plus).
  • Strong English; additional languages are a plus.
Your future role
Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Coordinate team tasks, set priorities, and monitor workload.
  • Coach, support, and onboard team members.
Training Logistics & Operational Support:
  • Oversee scheduling, system setup, logistics, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Assign operational contacts during program delivery.
Professional Qualifications Oversight: 
  • Manage qualification processes, ensure compliance, and support stakeholders.
Invoice Processing & Financial Coordination: 
  • Supervise invoice processing, cost allocation, and documentation for training expenses.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  • Translate training plans into operational actions.
  • Ensure back-up coverage and clear communication.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization.
