Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
The Team Coordinator leads a delivery center team focused on providing consistent, high-quality operational and administrative support for training programs.

This is a hands-on coordination and team leadership role, requiring a strong focus on process execution, planning, and attention to detail. The role is strictly operational with no content design or facilitation responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment, who can ensure accuracy and efficiency at scale.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years of experience managing teams in environments such as delivery centers, shared services, BPO/back-office operations, or event coordination, where planning, workload management, and execution are critical to success.

The role is strictly operational with no content design or facilitation responsibilities.

  • Experience in a team leadership or coordination role within a delivery center, shared services, or operations environment.
  • Proven experience in operational coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (LMS experience is a plus).
  • Strong English; additional languages are a plus.
Your future role
Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Coordinate team tasks, set priorities, and monitor workload.
  • Coach, support, and onboard team members.
Training Logistics & Operational Support:
  • Oversee scheduling, system setup, logistics, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Assign operational contacts during program delivery.
Professional Qualifications Oversight: 
  • Manage qualification processes, ensure compliance, and support stakeholders.
Invoice Processing & Financial Coordination: 
  • Supervise invoice processing, cost allocation, and documentation for training expenses.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  • Translate training plans into operational actions.
  • Ensure back-up coverage and clear communication.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization.
