Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • + 5 years of experience working in the legal department of an international company and /or law firm/in-house/ providing legal advice to international clients;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial agreements (sale and buy-side);
  • Understanding of how legal terms translate to business impact;
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Being a qualified lawyer is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of civil and contract law;
  • Previous experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts, preferably prior experience in technology related agreements;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • A good understanding of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal team/GC;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organizational structure in multi-national and multi-cultural corporations;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Result driven and oriented person with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within performance standards;
  • Willing to embrace new challenges and is a team player.
Your future role
  • Advising on, reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts on behalf of our clients and assisting them with contractual negotiations as well as maintaining the compliance with internal requirements;
  • Providing high quality, pragmatic, clear and commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of contractual, corporate and commercial matters and solutions to various legal queries;
  • Assisting our clients internal stakeholders in understanding legal and contractual risks and mitigating those risks
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient performance of work in compliance with service levels and key performance indicators;
  • Creation and development of know-how, guidelines and training materials, drafting templates and promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Using a case management system to drive efficiencies into the contract management process and supporting our clients’ processes enhancements and improvement initiatives or internal projects(s);
  • Delivering and enhancing an efficient, high-quality legal managed service;
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution;
  • Assisting less experiences team members with appropriate support and supervision (including quality assurance or control, onboarding training(s) development, maintenance and facilitation);
  • Providing relevant training to team members and acting as a point of escalation for team members managing more complex legal matters;
  • Managing the services contracts of the team and the relationship with the clients;
  • Supporting the partner in charge in pursuing new services opportunities for the team;
  • Supporting the partner in charge in defining and improving the governance framework of the team and the legal support services provided.
