Who we are looking for
🎯Deloitte Central Europe is looking for a highly experienced SAP FI Senior Manager to lead our SAP FI Talent Group and drive excellence across an international team from Deloitte Prague's office. This is a strategic leadership position where you will guide a diverse, international team of SAP FI professionals, shape practice direction, and ensure excellence in delivery across complex international projects.


💼What you bring:
  • 10 years of experience in SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance, with strong involvement in international implementations.
  • Proven track record managing SAP teams within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team performance, and capability growth.
  • Ability to operate confidently in a global, fast-paced environment with diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and native Czech language are a must
  • SAP FI or S/4HANA Finance certifications preferred.
  • The role is hybrid and based in Prague

Selection process
📍Our recruitment process consists of three stages designed to give you a clear understanding of the role and our team. Candidates are kindly asked to submit their CV in English.

  1. Initial HR Introduction Call – a short conversation to discuss your background, expectations, and the position details.
  2. On-site Meeting in Prague – an in-person interview with one of our SAP Directors to explore your experience and leadership approach.
  3. Final Discussion with the SAP FI Team – a meeting with selected colleagues to assess technical alignment, collaboration style, and team fit.
