Who we are looking for

🎯Deloitte Central Europe is looking for a highly experienced SAP FI Senior Manager to lead our SAP FI Talent Group and drive excellence across an international team from Deloitte Prague's office. This is a strategic leadership position where you will guide a diverse, international team of SAP FI professionals, shape practice direction, and ensure excellence in delivery across complex international projects.

💼What you bring:

15+ years of experience in SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance, with strong involvement in international implementations.
Proven track record managing SAP teams within a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing utilization, team performance, and capability growth.
Ability to operate confidently in a global, fast-paced environment with diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and native Czech language are a must
SAP FI or S/4HANA Finance certifications preferred.
The role is hybrid and based in Prague

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multinational team of SAP FI consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee utilization, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery alignment across international projects.
Drive continuous improvement by promoting adherence to SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance best practices and emerging industry trends.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to align team priorities with broader practice strategy and client needs.
Shape SAP FI service offerings by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.
Provide senior-level guidance on complex engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality and high client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on key performance and utilization metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
