Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Must-have: Experience in HR Organization and Service Delivery Model design, end-to-end HR Process Design
Thorough understanding of M&A processes and practice experience in at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, Employee Experience, HR Shared Services Centre transformation, HR Technology assessment and implementation, HR Project Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans
Consulting experience and/or experience in global HR, Human Capital projects
Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) deployment would be a strong asset
Proficiency in English and Polish at a C1 level
EU passport

Your future role

Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according values
Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
Support global and local HR due diligence and M&A projects
Assess maturity of the client’s HR functionContribute to the design of a delivery model for client's HR services
Advise on the design and implementation of global HR transformation programs
Help our clients select the best HR information system that suits their needs
