Who we are looking for

Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
Minimum Bachelor's degree;
Experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
Experience in working with top management;
Very good English skills (C1-C2);
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilist maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all spects of the role;
Excelent personal and communication skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Your future role

Calendar and travel management;
Various internal and external meetings organization;
Preparation of prezentations, reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets;
Time management;
SAP and TOP support;
Resolution of basic queries;
Meeting minutes preparation;
Correspondence handling;
Documentation management;
Invoicing;
Expenses management;
Gifts and flowers arrangement;
Dinner and taxi arrangement;
Event and Business Team support;
Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities.
