Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, with a significant portion in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in HR Operations as compliance, employee onboarding, and HRIS management).
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the region.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and employee interactions.
  • Very good knowledge of English, at least B2.
Your future role
  • Support in managing the employment process in recruitment and onboarding by drafting employment agreements, addendums, termination documents.
  • Cover a wide range of human resource processes in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives.
  • Support in managing programs that address HR activities such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design.
  • Close cooperation with local authorities.
  • Participate in Employer Branding events and represents Deloitte in the campus activities.
  • Perform diverse assignments in areas as staffing, employee/labor relations, communication, etc.
  • Actively partner with business leaders, line managers and team leaders in support of recruitment and employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and have the ability to be fair and impartial in the relationships with all employees.
  • Generates employee data analysis, reports, statistics, etc.
