Who we are looking for
Deloitte Technology Consulting is seeking a dynamic Technology Delivery Operations Manager to lead and manage operations at our new Business Delivery Solutions Center in Tirana. 

🟢 In this role you will:
✔ Be responsible for overseeing our Deloitte Technology Delivery Center team 
✔ Acting as a strategic liaison among BDS leadership, technology consulting functions across Central Europe, and internal teams
✔ And playing an pivotal role in expanding our Albania center in building our technology delivery capabilities in Central Europe. 

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a passion for team engagement, strategic planning, and operational excellence.


🎯 What do we expect from you? 🎯
  • Previous experience in a senior Delivery or Operations management role in a technology service-oriented organization
  • Knowledge of setting up service delivery structures and processes, defining key metrics and KPIs, and implementing best practice
  • General understanding of various IT technologies: ERP, CRM, ITSM (such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNOW, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Application Managed Services (AMS) and L1, L2, L3 support functions -understanding of Service Desk operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills - able to inspire and lead teams with confidence, fostering collaboration and providing clear direction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strategic and proactive approach to finding the right solution
  • Fluency in English is required; German/French are strong value adding skills .
  • Residency in Albania

Your future role
  • Lead Service Delivery: Oversee tech-enabled service delivery activities, building and inspiring service-oriented teams with multi-functional development opportunities.
  • Strategic role: Act as a link between local teams and Tech Consulting in Central Europe, supporting alignment with strategic goals and managing organizational changes in Albania.
  • Team supervision: Oversee daily operations to ensure team members understand their roles, meet utilization targets, and contribute to client engagements effectively.
  • HR Operations: Serve as the main point of contact with HR, overseeing recruitment, offboarding, and staffing activities to ensure seamless talent management.
  • Performance oversight: Manage performance review processes, collaborate with HR to streamline evaluations, and provide insights for continuous team improvement.
  • Foster team culture: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes high performance, collaboration, and a strong service delivery mindset.
