Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager who is passionate about driving sustainable operational excellence across Finance, Tax, and Legal processes. This role requires someone who thrives on diagnosing inefficiencies, optimizing processes at a granular level, and embedding a culture of ongoing improvement across the organization.

What makes this role different:

  • CI is core to the operating model, not a side project
  • Hands-on impact across critical regulated processes
  • Ownership from opportunity identification to adoption
  • Opportunity to shape the future of Finance, Tax, and Legal functions through digital enablement

What you'll do:

  • Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies
  • Identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes
  • Create and maintain process documentation, task inventories, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Build CI roadmaps for high-value initiatives
  • Redesign processes to reduce complexity and increase throughput
  • Assess automation opportunities across RPA, workflow, low-code, analytics, and GenAI
  • Partner with tech teams on development, testing, and rollout of automation
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis, workshops, and Kaizen events
  • Implement performance measurement systems to track improvements
  • Train teams and embed CI behaviors
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior Finance, Tax, and Legal stakeholders

Your future role
  • Manager-level experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis
  • Strong exposure to automation tools and digital optimization
  • Consulting, shared services, or professional services experience preferred
  • Certification: Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is required
  • Someone who enjoys deep-dive problem solving and owning outcomes
  • A mindset of curiosity, analytical thinking, and relentless improvement

What we offer
  • Stable job in a multinational company based on an employment contract;
  • working in a flexible hybrid model - partially from home and the office;
  • private medical care program, life, and travel insurance;
  • access to various forms of recreational and social activities (MyBenefit, Multisport, bike rental, sports teams);
  • access to free psychological consultations, legal advice and financial advice as part of the Employee Assistance Program;
  • onboarding plan from the first day of work and the Buddy Program - support from a dedicated coworker;
  • friendly organizational culture (integration events, well-being and diversity & inclusion programs);
  • wide development opportunities (individual career path, training in soft and technical skills, access to modern training platforms, including Udemy for Business, LinkedIn Learning);
