Who we are looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Consultant with strong experience in Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting HR solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards, specifically for the Polish market.


Your future role
• Lead end-to-end projects in SAP HCM, focusing on Polish Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Ensure SAP HR configurations align with Polish labor, tax, and social security laws (ZUS, PIT, PPK, PFRON, etc.).
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Manage payroll schemas, rules, and wage types for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Analyze issues, provide support, and proactively recommend improvements for SAP HR systems.
Contribute to project documentation, UAT, and end-user training.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a subject matter expert on Polish HR processes within the SAP ecosystem.
