Your future role
  • Observes and evaluates the performance of batch jobs, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. 
  • Engages in issue triage, primarily collaborating with the Line of Business (LOB) teams to resolve concerns effectively. 
  • Handles hands-on investigations into application-level production issues, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution in coordination with business units and operations. 
  • Works closely with external vendor partners to align on solutions and enhance system performance. 
  • Oversees and manages the Level 1 support team, ensuring quality service delivery. 
  • Acts as the primary escalation point, addressing urgent concerns raised by the L1 team. 
  • Serves as the SME/Lead, responding to operational and technical questions from both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Tackles complex technical challenges, providing informed recommendations and strategic solutions that bolster productivity and the platform's overall efficiency. 
  • Suggests and implements changes to systems, procedures, and resources intended to align with established goals and enhance platform performance and compliance. 
  • Defines, documents, and communicates application architecture and other technical guidelines, ensuring adherence to standards and alignment with strategic goals.
